This checklist has been created to support the Induction of new team
members and is to be used with your practice induction programme during
the first few weeks. All health and safety sections should be completed
within the first day or two, or as soon as possible .

Each subject should be marked off as it is discussed. Once induction has
been fully completed this should be added to the employee’s personnel file.
